Terms & Conditions
1. The project will be commissioned with a non refundable advance based on the payment schedule.
2. The client must supply all materials and information required for the project. We agree to maintain confidentiality of all information shared with us for the project.
3. Where the client fails to supply required information or implement required changes, and that consequently results in delay of the progress of the project, we may be compelled to include additional sessions, reschedule sessions or revise costs.
4. IP or any other material that is sourced for the project must be purchased by the client and it's use and the copyrights thereof will be governed by the client for all time.
5. The client will be billed separately for any external services required such as photography, copywriting, illustration and so on. These services will only be employed with the approval of the client.
6. We provide 2 rounds of iterations for design services free of cost. Additional iterations to any design services will be chargeable. In the case of UI design, due to it’s technical nature, final design decisions will need to be made by the designer.
7. Costs do not include domain, hosting and plug in or subscription costs from a third party. All of the above are to be purchased directly by the client.
8. We reserve the right to subcontract any services that we have agreed to perform for the client to our listed vendors as we see fit.
9. We reserve the right to display our credits on the footer of the website and post on our socials and website(s) about the project undertaken and work done for marketing purposes.
10. Upon completion, we will invoice the client for the payable costs according to the payment schedule. After this amount is received the final ownership/files will be transferred.
Refund Policy
Our prices are based on time spent. We do not offer refunds on payments for services rendered.
